Due to hygienic and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns on candy products. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at info@hercandycloset.com.
To process a replacement, you must provide photo evidence of the original packaging and the items received. Without this, we will not be able to offer a replacement.

Refunds are not issued; only replacements will be provided for eligible claims.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. In such cases, you will need to wait for the order to be returned to our warehouse before further action can be taken.
We are not liable for parcels lost in transit or missing after proof of delivery has been obtained. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.
